I mailed back an item and I still haven't received a refund.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund. An RMA-Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained before returning any order. Returns that do not have an RMA and the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container will be refused and returned to the shipper. The refund will be based on the PURCHASE PRICE of the item in question and subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. The refund does NOT include shipping charges, which are non-refundable. RMA’s will not be issued for returns that are past 30 days!! An RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance so be sure to return your package in a timely manner once the RMA has been issued. We will not accept returns with an expired RMA.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer service department no later than 5 days after the defective or incompatible product is sent in order to get a replacement. Otherwise, you will still be subject to the Restocking Fee!
When returning an item make sure to include a copy of the original invoice sent to you inside the package and a note explaining the issue. If you send the part to anyone except us we will be unable to credit anything to your account, because we obviously do not have your part so there is nothing that we can credit. Please insure your shipment. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. Package your return carefully to avoid damage. Credit card payments will be refunded via a credit that will appear on your statement upon a successful return. This credit can take up to 30 business days to post to your statement; this depends on your bank or Credit Card Company. Check and money order payments will be mailed a check within 10-15 business days upon a successful return. Please call us at 1-800-334-5944 or e-mail us at [email protected] to receive a RMA# and address where to ship your returned part. We will not receive any returns that do not have a valid RMA#.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

You can return your item for an exchange within 30 days of invoice date in NEW CONDITION.

How can I track the status of my return?

Make sure you receive a tracking number from your courier this way you can track the progress of your return at all times.

Who pays for return postage?
We do not pay for return postage on items that are un unsuitable, however we will send any replacement items to you free of charge.

How long will it take for a refund?
Refunds can take anywhere from 1-2 business days for processing. You will be notified by email once the return is complete . We try to process all returns within a timely manner, please note that returns are first delivered and sorted through our warehouse facilities and this may cause a delay as we are open Monday through Friday. We highly recommend making a note of your return shipment tracking number so that your return is easily found. Once your refund has been completed, if your payment was originally made through Credit Card it can take up to 30 business days to post to your statement; this depends on your bank or Credit Card Company. If it was originally paid in Check or money order payments, you will be mailed a check within 10-15 business days upon a successful return. How can I track the shipment of my package?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order with the link provided and your tracking number.
Can I make any changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All returns of merchandise are subject to Walking Belts return policy, available under Merchant Policy.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes.(USPS Only)
Why was my order cancelled?
We do not cancel orders, if by any circumstances your orders tracking number shows that it has been cancelled, please contact our Customer Service department at 1800-334-5944.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If the item you want to purchase shows available to order on our website, this means the item is in stock. If by any circumstances the item, you ordered is out of stock and was showing available on our website we will contact you as soon as possible.
Where do I find my treadmill model and serial number?
You can find your treadmill Model decal in one of the following places:
– On the right side opposite the power cord.
– Inside of the upright base on the right side of the treadmill.
– Below the power cord on a white or a silver decal.
– On the right-hand corner at the base of the treadmill.
– On the left side frame of the treadmill where the upright mounts to the bottom frame at the base of the treadmill.
Where do I find my elliptical model and serial number?
The model number and serial number on an elliptical machine can be found in one of three places:
– The serial number may be on the main bracket on a white or a silver sticker at the rear of the machine.
– The serial number may be on a white or a silver sticker on the main frame under the left pedal arm.
– The model number and serial number decal may be located on the inside of the bottom main frame under the pedal arms.
Do you charge a fee for canceling an order?

If your order has not been processed you will be charged a cancellation fee of 3.75% of the total amount of the order.
